Before I share with you how you will receive greater personal attention please allow me to first share how we are similar to other firms.
We apply our over 20 years experience and market knowledge to assist our customers to achieve the most favorable market terms.
When listing a property we market it just like a large firm does. We share lease rates, sale prices and pertinent property specifics with the 3rd party commercial multiple listing services. The popular services today are CoStar, LoopNet and Xceligent. These are the exact same MLS services that large firms use.
You can be assured that your property will have maximum exposure to all potential consumers and their agents when they are searching for an alternative property on the internet.
And now please allow me to share how we are differnet…
We strive to provide highest level of personal attention that the large firm may not be able or willing to provide. Most consumers are looking for a real estate agent that not only has great market knowledge, successful marketing capabilities but also provides a higher level of personal attention.
Many consumers often do not know and many times they say…
“I don’t care about how commissions are split, because they says it’s not my business,”
but the consumer is paying the fees indirectly, and therefore, it has a direct effect on their agent’s level of interest in their business. Making it all of their business as it pertains to the real estate transaction.
When a consumer engages a larger firm to represent them the real estate fees maybe split between several parties depending in the transaction. When real estate commissions or fees are split between the agent, the house, potentially other agents and marketing reps is called fee dilution.
Our firm has a high level of interest on our deals as direct result of a lower fee dilution factor.
